We are looking for a responsible specialist for the position of Virtual assistant. We need a specialist who can and likes to communicate competently and has a systematic approach to problem-solving. The main thing you will be doing is communicating with clients via online chat and helping them to solve their problems.

Responsibilities:
Communicating with service customers and assisting them with issues that arise via online chat;
Provide quality and prompt advice to customers;
Manage up to five customer chats at a time;
Support the client throughout their engagement with the company;
Increase loyalty to the project;
Internet searches and other operational tasks.
Requirements:
Experience as a virtual assistant or administrative assistant;
Excellent communication, organization and time management skills;
Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, Google Workspace and other office software;
Proficiency in English at a level sufficient for business communication;
Ability to work effectively remotely and independently.
