We are looking for a passionate Talent Sourcer to join our global talent acquisition team.
In this key role, you will be responsible for identifying and connecting with top-tier candidates to meet the organization’s current and future hiring needs. This position requires the use of innovative sourcing methods, tools, and platforms to establish a strong talent pipeline.
Your responsibilities will include:
Sourcing Candidates: Identify potential candidates through a variety of online platforms, professional networks, and sourcing tools. Utilize advanced search techniques to discover and engage with passive talent;
Engaging with Candidates: Build and nurture relationships with promising candidates for immediate and future roles;
Collaboration with Recruitment Team: Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements, qualifications, and team expectations. Offer insights on talent market trends and sourcing strategies to enhance recruitment outcomes;
Managing Talent Pipelines: Keep the candidate database updated with accurate information on all interactions and profiles. Develop and maintain a pipeline of candidates for high-priority and challenging-to-fill positions;
Promoting Employer Branding: Represent the company by sharing its culture, values, and opportunities during candidate interactions;
Tracking and Reporting Metrics: Monitor key sourcing metrics such as response rates, conversion rates, and time-to-fill. Provide regular progress updates and actionable insights to the talent acquisition team.
To successfully meet the requirements of this role, you will need:
4+ years of proven experience as a Talent Sourcer or Recruiter;
Advanced level of English (B2-C1); knowledge of French will be a big plus;
Hands-on experience with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and applicant tracking systems (ATS);
Experience in sourcing and/or recruiting for various positions (Acquitions, HR, Payroll, Quality, IT, Reporting & Controlling, Commercial)
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and refine searches accordingly;
Strong ability to build rapport and maintain connections with a diverse pool of candidates;
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, supporting colleagues to achieve shared goals and success.
