Sales Assistants are the face and the core of our business.
This position is an important long-term role and part of a team that serves as liaisons between our company, offices, leads, and ultimately the customer.
You will enjoy an interesting, fast-paced positive working environment and the opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge about the latest technology and construction field.
Responsibilities:
* Make outbound and handle inbound calls regarding the customer's requests
* Follow up and respond to any customer e-mails
* Resolve any clients concerns and issues regarding the company’s products and services
* Document all clients interactions in the CRM system
* Prepare paperwork for the Local Sales Representative
* Follow up on paperwork to ensure accuracy and completion
* Any other miscellaneous administrative tasks
Skills Required:
* Ability to talk and write in English
* Customer service skills with a focus on relationship development
* Excellent time management skills (ability to multitask)
* Attentiveness to detail
* Call center or similar experience a plus
