Job responsibilities:

Act as the key point of contact for drivers, ensuring smooth and efficient operations;
Build and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their needs to provide tailored logistics solutions;
Coordinate with drivers and other team members to ensure on-time delivery and high customer service;
Monitor and optimize dispatch processes to ensure maximum efficiency and minimize downtime.

Job requirements:

Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills;
Ability to build successful cooperation with customers and drivers;
Multi-tasking and dynamic person;
Previous experience in logistics (USA & Canada);
Availability to work Monday - Friday from 15:00 to 00:00 (Moldova time).
