We are looking for a thoughtful and attentive technical support manager to complement our team. We are in desperate need of a specialist who can and likes to communicate competently and take a systematic approach to problem-solving. The main thing you will have to do is to communicate with the client via online chat and help him in solving queries.

Functional Tasks:
Communicate with service customers and help them resolve any issues they may have via online chat;
Handle up to five customer chats at a time;
Support the client throughout their co-operation with the company;
Increase project loyalty;
Follow all necessary instructions to provide quality service.
