Role Overview:
As a Customer Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our players, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and contribute to improving our service standards. ??️
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, email, and phone.
Troubleshoot and resolve account, payment, and technical issues.
Provide accurate information about our games and promotions.
Gather customer feedback and share insights with the team.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
Qualifications:
1+ year of previous experience in customer support, preferably in the Igaming industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Romanian (additional Russian language is a plus).
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
Comfortable with using customer support software and tools.
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
Flexible and able to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.
